With no source artwork at their disposal, the client asked us to redraw their logo and prepare various identity badges for use in email signatures, internal development projects, and web marketing. A full-scale package of vector artwork was created for print output as well as web use.

In 2009, we developed two 3D animations for each of their primary business areas. These held a dual-purpose as a salestool for capturing people’s attention to bring them into thebooth, but also an educational tool that helps show what isactually going on inside their tools. 3D animation in this case is very useful to show a technology when it is difficult to either photograph or even see the size of the action going on– especially at the nanoscale.

Logo development is a highly energetic and creative process. It is also one of the most subjective and sensitive decisions for the owners, CEOs and other key stakeholders in a business. A logo defines the image of the company or product to the world. It is the visual stamp for the entire world to associate the company’s goodwill. Consequently, it is what people come to recall, appreciate, hate, love and understand about the company. At SENTO Design, we believe there is delicate balance between simplicity and packing everything into the logo that it can contain. Our job is to maximize what the logo can visually contain while simplifying its outward meaning to the world.
